About The Event

Soldering is one of the most involved and challenging process of jewelry fabrication. Over the course of two days, you will learn about the jewelry torch system and safety, different types of flame and torch size, understanding melting points in solders, annealing and the various soldering surfaces and flux. If time permits, we will tackle a ring fusing project with Argentium.

Workshop cost: $250. Materials fee: $65 payable to the Instructor. Students will be provided with a kit including solder, copper, brass, sterling, Argentium, and a detailed informational handout.
